Stir together 1/4 cup almond flour, 1 1/3 T cocoa powder, 2 2/3 T sugar, 1/4 t baking powder, and 1/8 t salt.
Stir in 1 egg, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon chocolate chips on top!
Bake for 60-70 seconds in the microwave.
