Almond Flour Peanut Butter Cookies

These Almond Flour Peanut Butter Cookies have a light peanut flavor studded with chocolate chips. Gluten-free and easy to make.

Ingredients You Need: almond flour, peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, butter, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.

Combine brown sugar, peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract in mixing bowl.

Stir in 3 tablespoons melted butter and combine well.

Stir in almond flour and salt.

When fully combined, stir in chocolate chips.

Chill slightly, then roll into balls. Put on baking sheet and crosshatch with a fork.

Bake at 325 degrees F for 12-14 minutes. Remove when lightly browned.
