Stir together 1 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 egg, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Stir in 3 tablespoons melted butter.
Stir in 2/3 cup almond flour and 1/2 tsp salt.
Stir in 1/4 cup chocolate chips.
Scoop into balls, place on parchment-lined sheet pan, flatten, and cross-hatch with fork.
Bake for 12-14 minutes at 325 degrees F.
