Apple Cinnamon Rolls

Only 5 ingredients: Apples, cinnamon, sugar, butter, and puff pastry dough

Combine peeled, chopped apples with butter and  sugar in a medium saucepan and cook for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, roll out puff pastry dough and spread with softened butter and cinnamon sugar.

Spread cooked apples evenly across the pastry, and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar.

Roll into a jelly roll shape, starting with one of the shorter ends. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Cut into 1-inch slices.

Arrange on parchment-lined sheet pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until browned and crispy.
