Apricot Danishes

Only 6 ingredients: apricots, puff pastry, cream cheese, vanilla extract, egg, and powdered sugar

Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.

Roll out puff pastry dough and cut into 9 squares.

Top each square with cream cheese mixture and chopped apricots.

Pull opposite corners together and seal with egg wash. Press together. Freeze pastries for 30 minutes.

Put pastries on parchment-lined sheet pan and brush with egg wash. Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
