Ingredients Needed:
artichoke hearts, spinach, parmesan cheese, parsley, chives, garlic, greek yogurt, cream cheese, shallots, and mayo.

Drain thawed frozen spinach well, pressing out extra moisture with paper towels or a sieve.

Chop artichoke hearts, shallots, herbs, and garlic.

Heat olive oil in skillet, and add chopped shallots. Sauté for 5-7 minutes over medium heat, until shallots soften.

Stir in garlic, then add yogurt, mayo, and cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese melts into a sauce.
