This deep chocolate Almond Flour Mug Cake can be made in just 60 seconds! 

Ingredients: almond flour, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, egg, baking powder, salt, veg oil, and chocolate chips.

Stir together almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Stir in 1 egg, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon chocolate chips on top!

Bake for 60-70 seconds in the microwave.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve!
