Ingredients Needed: biscoff cookie, biscoff cookie butter, flour, sugar, butter, milk, salt, baking powder, and vanilla extract.

Melt butter and let cool slightly.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mug. Stir in milk, vanilla, butter, and cookie spread. Stir in cookie pieces.

Microwave for 75 seconds on high, until top is mostly dry.

Top with whipped cream and more biscoff cookie crumbs, if desired. Or a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
