Brown sausage, then remove and add onions, celery, garlic, and cauliflower to pan. Cook until lightly browned.

Add back in sausage, along with white wine, chicken broth, and egg. Stir in chopped pecans.

Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees, covered, then 20 more minutes uncovered.
