Cauliflower Stuffing

Only 10 ingredients: cauliflower, sausage, pecans, thyme, garlic, onions, celery, wine, chicken broth, and egg.

Brown breakfast sausage, then remove. Add oil to pan and sauté chopped cauliflower, onions, celery, and garlic.

Add sausage, wine, egg, and chicken broth, then stir in chopped pecans.

Pour into baking dish and bake for 35 minutes at 400 degrees.

Ready to Serve!
