Chicken Soup with Rice

This easy-to-make Chicken Soup includes big chunks of chicken, carrots, and rice. Comforting and cozy!

Ingredients You Need: Leek, carrots, ginger, butter, olive oil, chicken broth, lemon juice, cooked chicken, rice, and egg.

Wash and slice leeks. Peel and chop carrots and ginger.

Heat butter in a large saucepan, and add leeks, carrots and ginger. Sauté until softened, about 8 minutes.

Add chicken broth, lemon juice, cooked chicken, rice, and salt. Simmer until rice and carrots are cooked, then whisk in egg.

Season chicken soup with salt and pepper, and serve!
