Ingredients You Need:
Leek, carrots, ginger, butter, olive oil, chicken broth, lemon juice, cooked chicken, rice, and egg.

Wash and slice leeks. Peel and chop carrots and ginger.

Heat butter in a large saucepan, and add leeks, carrots and ginger. Sauté until softened, about 8 minutes.
