Gluten-Free Oatmeal Cookies

These Gluten-Free Oatmeal Cookies are made with almond flour. Crispy, chewy, and generously studded with chocolate chips.

Ingredients You Need: almond flour, oats, brown sugar, sugar, egg, butter, chocolate chips, vanilla, baking soda, and cinnamon.

In a large bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.

Stir in 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Stir in almond flour, rolled oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

When fully combined, stir in 1 cup mini chocolate chips.

Chill dough, then scoop into balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until lightly browned.
