Green Beans Almondine

Green Beans Almondine features green beans served with a buttery almond topping. Pomegranate seeds take it over the top!

Why Make This? • So festive! • Easy to prep in advance • < 15 minutes to cook

Only 6 ingredients: green beans, sliced almonds, garlic, pomegranate seeds, olive oil, and butter.

Trim stem side of green beans, leaving tails intact.

Boil green beans for 5-6 minutes, until crisp tender, then drain under cold water. Add to bowl and toss with olive oil and salt.

Melt butter in a small skillet, and sauté sliced almonds and minced garlic until just toasted.

Arrange beans on platter, then top with buttery almonds and pomegranate seeds.
