Honey Balsamic Fig Jam

Only 5 ingredients: Figs, sugar, vanilla extract, honey, and balsamic vinegar

Chop figs, and combine with all other ingredients in a saucepan.

Bring to a boil, then turn down to a simmer, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Let cool for 15 minutes, then blend using an immersion blender or food processor.

Refrigerate in a jar, and serve!
