Fig Salad with Blue Cheese

Only 8 ingredients: Figs, pecans, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, baby spinach, blue cheese, and prosciutto

Mix pecans with maple syrup and bake at 350 for 9-10 minutes, until nuts begin to caramelize.

Make vinaigrette by whisking together balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Dress spinach with vinaigrette, then add quartered figs, prosciutto, blue cheese, and caramelized pecans.
