Frisée Salad

This Frisée Salad features frisée greens tossed in a red wine-mustard vinaigrette, topped with poached eggs, bacon, and crispy croutons.

Ingredients Needed: frisée greens, baguette, bacon, eggs, dijon mustard, shallot, olive oil, and red wine vinegar

Prepare vinaigrette by whisking together dijon mustard, shallots, and red wine vinegar. Then whisk in olive oil.

Sauté bacon strips until crispy, about 8-10 minutes.

Remove bacon and add baguette cubes to the pan. Sauté until toasted.

Tip eggs into simmering water, cook for 3-4 minutes, then remove and drain on a paper towel.

Toss frisée salad greens with vinaigrette, then top with crispy bacon, baguette croutons, and poached eggs.
