Gluten-Free Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients You Need: almond flour, sugar, dark chocolate, egg, butter, chocolate chips, vanilla, baking powder, and sparkling sugar.

Melt dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over medium-low heat.

Stir frequently so chocolate doesn't burn.

Scrape into large bowl, then whisk in sugar.

Whisk in egg and vanilla, then stir in almond flour, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips.

Chill dough, then scoop into balls and press into sparkling sugar, then place on baking sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until tops begin to crack, and they smell delicious.
