Ham and Cheese Frittata

Ingredients needed: eggs, ham, cream, mustard, onion, basil, butter, and cheese.
Combine eggs, gruyere cheese, cubed ham, pepper, and dijon mustard in a bowl.
Sauté onions in a 10-inch nonstick skillet until caramelized.
Pour in egg custard and combine gently. Cook slowly, until bottom is totally set and top is halfway cooked.
Broil for 1-3 minutes, until top is browned and frittata doesn't jiggle.
