Ingredients Needed:
crabmeat, mayonnaise, panko breadcrumbs, cream cheese, dijon mustard, shallots, butter, chives, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, white wine, lemon juice

Rinse lump crabmeat under cold water. Squeeze handfuls dry gently, and remove any pieces of shell.

Peel and mince 2 shallots.

Melt butter in nonstick skillet, then add panko breadcrumbs seasoned with salt, pepper, and Old Bay. Stir until toasted.

Remove breadcrumbs from pan and set aside. Melt butter in pan, then add minced shallots. Sauté until softened, and add white wine.

Reduce heat, then add cream cheese, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, herbs, and Old Bay seasoning.
