Lemon  White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients Needed

Flour Sugar Brown Sugar Butter White Chocolate Chips Eggs Baking Soda Salt Lemon Juice and Zest Vanilla Extract

Melt butter in saucepan and let cool for 5 minutes.

Whisk in white sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, lemon zest, and salt.

Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients, then stir in white chocolate chips.

Scoop into balls and put on parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 9-12 minutes at 350 degrees, then bang on counter 2-3 times after removing from oven.
