Mother's Day Cake

This French Yogurt Cake with Almonds is an extremely easy-to-make cake that is moist and delicious—the perfect Mother's Day cake!

Butter the sides and bottom of a 9-inch cake pan, and line with parchment paper.

Whisk together all-purpose flour, almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk eggs, yogurt, vanilla extract, and olive oil.

Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients and stir until batter comes together. Pour into pan and top with almonds.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until top is golden brown and springy.
