Olive Dip

This olive dip is easy to make and perfect for a party appetizer. Packed with chopped green olives and sundried tomatoes!

Ingredients Needed: cream cheese, olives, sundried tomatoes, crème fraîche, garlic, and shallot.

Peel shallot and garlic cloves. Pulse in food processor until finely chopped.

Add sundried tomatoes and olives, then pulse until finely chopped.

Scape olive paste into a bowl. Add cream cheese to food processor and blend until smooth.

Add crème fraîche and olive brine and blend until smooth.

Scrape cream cheese mixture into bowl and stir until well combined. Chill for at least 30 minutes.

Serve this Olive Dip with potato chips, pita chips, or crudité!
