Ramp Pesto

Lemony ramp pesto is an easy and delicious way to showcase ramps. Delicious with fish, chicken, or steak, as well as tossed with pasta.

Just 6 Ingredients!  ramps, basil, parmesan cheese, pine nuts, lemon, and olive oil.

Trim root end of ramps, rinse and pat dry. Rinse basil and pat dry. Chop roughly.

Put in food processor along with pine nuts, parmesan cheese, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Blend until combined into a creamy pesto.

Add more lemon juice, salt, and pepper, to taste.
