Raspberry Danish

This easy Raspberry Danish recipe combines fresh raspberries, sweetened cream cheese, and flaky puff pastry for a delicious breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients Needed: raspberries, puff pastry dough, egg, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.

Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract and blend until smooth.

Whisk egg with a tablespoon of water and a pinch of salt.

Roll out pastry dough to a 10.5-inch square.

Cut into 9 squares and top each with a dollop of cheese mixture.

Top with raspberries, then paint egg wash on corner of each pastry square. Squeeze corners together to seal.

Chill pastries for 30 min before baking.

Arrange on sheet pan and brush with egg wash.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until pastries are cooked through and golden brown.

Sprinkle raspberry danish with powdered sugar and serve!
