Roasted Garlic Hummus

Ingredients You Need: garlic, olive oil, chickpeas, lemon, tahini, cumin, and parsley.

Cut off tops of 2 garlic heads, drizzle with oil and salt, wrap in foil, and bake for 45 minutes.

Put chickpeas, roasted garlic, lemon juice, cumin, tahini, and olive oil into the bowl of a food processor.

Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.

Add ice water a little at a time until the hummus is the right consistency. Add salt and lemon juice to taste.

Garnish with olive oil, chopped parsley, and roasted garlic cloves.
