Snickerdoodles

Ingredients: flour, sugar, brown sugar, lemon, eggs, cinnamon, butter, vanilla, baking soda, and salt. No Cream of Tartar needed!

Beat butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.

Whisk in eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla, then combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir dry ingredients into wet until combined. Chill.

Scoop batter into balls, then roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Chill again for 15-30 minutes.

Place balls on baking sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes at 375 degrees.
