Spinach Frittata

This spinach frittata is packed with mushrooms, onions, and creamy feta cheese. Perfect for an easy breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Ingredients Needed: baby spinach, mushrooms, onion, feta cheese, butter, and 7 eggs

Sauté sliced onions and mushrooms, then stir in chopped baby spinach and sauté until wilted.

Add whisked eggs and cheese, and cook until bottom is set and top is halfway cooked.

Broil until the top is fully cooked and lightly browned (just a few minutes). Let it rest for a few minutes, then slide out and serve!
