Truffle Deviled Eggs

These Truffle Deviled Eggs combine everything you love about creamy deviled eggs with the earthy, decadent taste of white truffles.

Ingredients Needed: hard-boiled eggs, dijon mustard, herbes de provence, mayonnaise, truffle oil, white pepper, truffle salt, and fresh dill.

Peel 7 hard-boiled eggs, then slice in half lengthwise.

Scoop out yolks and place in mixing bowl. Set whites aside and mash yolks in bowl.

Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, herbes de provence, truffle oil, truffle salt, and white pepper.

When the mixture is smooth, scrape into a pastry bag. Pipe into the egg white shells, filling generously.

Sprinkle with chopped dill.
