Tuscan  Bean Soup

This Creamy Tuscan White Bean Soup is loaded with vegetables and spicy sausage—so warming and comforting!

Ingredients You Need: sausage, sundried tomatoes, baby kale, heavy cream, onions, white beans, chicken broth, potatoes, olive oil, garlic, and spices.

Sauté sausage in large soup pot until browned, and remove any excess fat.

Add olive oil, then chopped onions and potatoes to pot. Sauté until vegetables soften, then add garlic.

Add sundried tomatoes and chicken broth, then simmer gently for 15 minutes, until potatoes are tender.

Add white beans, kale, and cream. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Tuscan Bean Soup  ready to serve!

How to Store: Keep sausage and bean soup in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
