Chop freeze-dried strawberries into small pieces.

Wrap the logs in the parchment paper, then twist both sides to close. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Slice logs into 1/3-inch slices. Paint with egg white and sprinkle with sugar and strawberry dust.
