Zucchini, shiitake mushrooms, button mushrooms, shallots, garlic, thyme, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.

Trim and slice zucchini and both types of mushrooms.

Peel and slice shallots. Peel and mince garlic cloves.

Heat olive oil in large skillet, then add zucchini slices and shallots.
