Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake 

This gluten-free Chocolate Cake has a fudgy texture thanks to almond flour. It's packed with chocolate flavor and is the perfect dessert!

Only 8 Ingredients:  Almond flour, sugar, vegetable oil, cocoa powder, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips.

Butter the sides and bottom of a 9-inch cake pan, line with parchment paper, then dust with cocoa powder.

Whisk together your dry ingredients:  almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar,  baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.

Stir mixtures together, add chocolate chips, and pour into prepared cake pan.

Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees, and let cool for 5-10 minutes on a wire rack.

Cover with plate, then flip over and remove pan and parchment paper. Cover again with plate, and flip over again. Dust with powdered sugar.

Add berries and serve. The perfect gluten-free chocolate dessert!
