Old Bay Steamed Shrimp

Old Bay Shrimp are the perfect appetizer for summer. Tons of Old Bay seasoning flavor on perfectly cooked shrimp, served with a creamy dip.

5 Ingredients for the Shrimp:  Shrimp, beer, Old Bay Seasoning, lemon, and apple cider vinegar.

6 Ingredients for the Sauce:  mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, Dijon mustard, dill pickles, tomato paste, and lemon.

Stir together  mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, tomato paste,  lemon juice, minced dill pickle, and Old Bay seasoning, and chill for 1 hour.

Toss unpeeled shrimp (deveined) with Old Bay Seasoning and let marinate for 10 minutes.

Bring water, cider vinegar, and beer to a boil in a large pot. Add shrimp and a thinly sliced lemon and cover. Steam 3 minutes. Uncover and stir. Cook another 1-2 minutes, until shrimp are pink.

Drain and sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning, then serve!
