Stir Fry Ingredients Needed:
salmon, mushrooms, broccoli, red onion, bell peppers, ginger, garlic, scallions, and vegetable oil.

Sauce Ingredients Needed:
soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar, cornstarch, and crushed red pepper.

Whisk together sauce ingredients and set aside.

Cut salmon into chunks. Chop peppers, quarter mushrooms, slice onion, and mince garlic and ginger.

Heat oil in skillet, then add salmon cubes. Brown on both sides.

Remove salmon and add mushrooms to pan. Cook for 3 minutes, then add broccoli. Cover and cook 2 minutes.
