Spinach Smoothie

This Spinach Smoothie is a delicious way to get your greens! Fresh spinach pairs beautifully with tart apple, lemon, and ginger.

Ingredients Needed: spinach, apple, yogurt, coconut water, honey, ginger, and lemon.

 Add apple chunks,  spinach leaves, honey, yogurt, and minced fresh ginger to a blender.

Pour in lemon juice and coconut water. Blend well until completely combined, scraping down the blender jar as necessary.

Pour into 2 glasses or 1 large mason jar, and serve.
