This St. Germain Spritz is a light, floral twist on the classic Aperol Spritz—so elegant but refreshingly simple.

Ingredients

3 ounces Prosecco or other sparkling wine
2 ounces St. Germain elderflower liqueur
2 ounces club soda
Slice of lemon

Instructions

Fill a large wine glass or tumbler with ice.
Pour in Prosecco and St. Germain.
Top with club soda.
Stir lightly to combine.
Garnish with a lemon slice, and serve.

Notes

Chill the Prosecco, St. Germain, and club soda ahead of time so the ice doesn’t melt too quickly and dilute the drink.

I like to use a cocktail stirrer when making these drinks since it does a good job of combining the liquids without popping bubbles. If you don’t have one, just stir gently.

Have any elderflower plants around you? This drink is beautiful with some handpicked elderflower blossoms as garnish.
