Cut apple in half, then cut out core and seeds. Chop the remaining apple flesh roughly.
Add frozen strawberries, apple chunks, and honey to a blender jar.
Pour in coconut water.
Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides a couple of times as necessary.
Pour into glasses and serve.

Expert Tips As long as you have a high-quality, high-speed blender, such as a Nutribullet, you don’t need to peel the apple. If your blender is not so good, you may want to take the peel off for a smoother texture. Want a creamier smoothie? Add a banana to your apple and strawberry smoothie. You can also add vanilla yogurt or Greek yogurt (if so, cut down the amount of coconut water to ½ cup). You can also play with different flavors by adding different frozen or fresh fruit such as blueberries or chunks of mango. And of course, you can add regular milk or non-dairy milk to your smoothie (replacing the coconut water). Almond milk and oat milk make good substitutes if you want to keep it dairy free.
